To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes related to wholesale food operations. You may not:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the software except as permitted by law

Certain features of Foodstack may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Foodstack and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services, no rights are granted to you.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Foodstack a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Services may integrate with third‑party tools or services. Foodstack is not responsible for third‑party services and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a manner that could harm Foodstack or others. You may cancel your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foodstack from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foodstack is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
