For producers

Wholesale software that knows what you make.

A bakery’s problem is not a rancher’s problem. Counts that change at 6am, weights the animal decides, a list that depends on what’s ready — Foodstack is built around those specifics rather than around a generic order form.

Bakeries

Counts change at six in the morning. That has to be fine.

Cut-off times per account, day-of count changes up to a deadline you set, and a run sheet ordered the way you actually drive it.

  • Per-account order cut-offs
  • Day-of count changes until your deadline
  • Bake list totalled across every account
  • Run sheets in drive order

Coffee roasters

Standing orders, grind notes, and roast days that repeat.

Recurring order windows tied to roast days, with each account’s grind and bag size remembered so nobody has to specify it twice.

  • Recurring roast-day windows with live counts
  • Grind and bag size saved per account
  • Standing subscriptions that reorder themselves
  • Roast date on the order and the invoice

Farms & growers

You don’t know what you have until you walk the field.

Publish this week’s list on Sunday, mark things out when they finish, price by the case or the pound. Nobody orders what you can’t pick.

  • Publish a fresh list each week
  • Mark items out mid-week without deleting them
  • Price by case, pound or bunch
  • Waitlist for limited items

Butchers & ranchers

The animal decides the weight, not the order form.

Take the order on an estimate, weigh it when it’s cut, and invoice on what actually went in the box. No reconciling by hand.

  • Price by the pound, order by estimate
  • Invoice on actual weight automatically
  • Cut sheets attached to the order
  • Whole and half animal bookings

Charcuterie

Ninety days of curing, then everyone wants it at once.

Batch quantities with allocation across accounts, ready dates published in advance, and a waitlist that rolls to the next batch.

Moving over

You already have accounts. That’s the hard part.

Nobody switches a working business in one go. Most producers move a few accounts at a time and keep taking texts from the rest in the meantime.

Week one

Load your list, invite two accounts

Pick the two who order most predictably. We’ll load your products and prices for you if you’d rather not type them.

Weeks two to four

Add the rest as it suits you

Orders that still arrive by text get entered in seconds and behave like any other. Nothing breaks while you’re half moved.

After that

Stop being the order form

When the last account is over, your Monday is a list you read rather than six places you check.

Questions producers ask

Before you move anything.

Do I have to change my prices or terms?

No. Your prices, minimums, delivery days, cut-offs and payment terms all stay as they are. Foodstack doesn’t set any of them and won’t suggest you should.

What if an account refuses to use it?

Keep taking their order however they like and enter it yourself — it takes a few seconds and joins the same run sheet. Several producers have one account who will only ever phone.

Who owns my customer list?

You do. We don’t market to your accounts, and if you leave you export the list and the order history with it.

Can two of us use the same account?

Yes. Whoever bakes and whoever drives can both be logged in, and notes on a stop are visible to both.
